Cancellation Window

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
• After 6 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
• This policy helps us ensure a smooth and efficient process for our made-to-order products.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, please email support@bookishcloset.com and include the following details:

• Order number
• Full name (as provided in the order)
• Reason for cancellation

Contact information

• We aim to process cancellation requests within 1–2 business hours, and you will receive a confirmation once your request is completed.

Refund Information

For successfully canceled orders:

• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• No cancellation fees apply.
• Refunds are typically processed within 03-05 business days.

1. Before Production Begins

• Full refund provided: Immediate cancellation

2. After Production Begins

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

Custom-printed items (such as personalized designs) are non-refundable unless defective.

Special Circumstances

Bulk Orders & Custom Designs

• Bulk orders may have special cancellation terms. Please contact us for more information.
• For custom designs, design fees may be non-refundable once production or creative work has begun.
