At Bookish Closet, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and order-related concerns.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement by emailing support@bookishcloset.com with your order number.
- After 6 hours, production begins, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Return & Refund Eligibility
As our products are made to order, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The item received is significantly different from the product description.
- An incorrect item was sent.
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Custom-printed items, unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Personalized items (e.g., custom name designs) are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
- Contact support@bookishcloset.com within 07 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs of the defect, damage, or incorrect item, if applicable.
Step 2: Claim Review
- Your return request will be reviewed within 72 business hours.
- We will notify you of the approval status and provide the next steps.
Step 3: Return Shipping
- If approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
- A $9.89 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective due to manufacturing.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 07 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds include the product cost and applicable taxes.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Missing Orders
- If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact support@bookishcloset.com.
You may choose between:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
Please note: Orders cannot be refunded or replaced if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect.
Refund Status and Tracking
If you believe your refund is delayed:
- First, check your bank or credit card account.
- Allow 03 to 05 business days for bank processing.
